Colin Dyck - Youth Pastor extraordinaire
Colin Dyck joined the staff at Neighourhood Church in July 2009. Colin is a techno-geek who knows a pile of things about iPhones and iPads and Apps and PS3’s and X-Boxes and many other kinds of technology that mostly confuse and frustrate his co-workers. Colin secretly thinks he is Frodo Baggins and that he is on a quest to hurl the ring of power into the fires of Mordor thereby saving Middle Earth from doom and catastrophe (his co-workers play along with this fantasy of his). Colin drinks far too much coffee and therefore fits in well at Neighbourhood Church. Colin also loves kids and has a blast hanging out with them and teaching them about what it means to follow Jesus. Colin is married to Sarah and has a 1-year-old son named Rupert. (Colin has procrastinated in writing his own biography for the website for a full year, so he now has to put up with the one his co-workers came up with while he was on vacation!) |
